PLEASANT GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH MINISTRIES
SUNDAY SCHOOL
The Sunday School Ministry is divided into Four Departments. Sunday School service starts at 9:30 AM every Sunday morning to train up young minds for the Kingdom of God.
MEN'S MINISTRY
The Men's Ministry includes Teaching Missions, Leading persons to participate in Mission activities, and providing Leadership and Support for special mission projects of this church. The ministry meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY
The Women's Ministry includes Teaching Missions, Leading persons to participate in Mission activities, and providing Leadership and Support for special mission projects of this church. The ministry meets every 3rd Saturday.
MUSIC
MINISTRY
The Music Ministry consists of the Praise Team, Adult, Women and Youth Choirs and the Male Chorus. The Adult Choir rehearses every 1st Friday night and the Youth Choir rehearses the 4th Friday night. The Women's Choir rehearses every 3rd Friday night.
YOUTH
MINISTRY
The Youth Ministry implements age appropriate activities that promote spiritual growth and community through fellowship, fun and faith development.
Ages range from 2 - 18.
USHER
MINISTRY
The Usher Ministry renders service to the Pastor, this Church and visiting Churches, so that this Churches services are orderly to enhance the Ministry of God's Word and the Holy Spirit.
The Missionary Ministry responds to the needs of this church and community, both locally and globally. Included in this ministry are the Charlie Campbell Scholarship, Christ House and various Foreign missions. The Ministry meets every 5th Saturday morning.
The Publication Ministry is committed to serving all ministries in the church. The ministry works behind the scenes to handle the printing of large copying jobs such as bulletins, and special projects such as anniversary programs and booklets.
The Family Life Ministry seeks to help members experience the growth needed to nurture godly healthy marriages and homes. The Ministry meets every 4th Saturday morning.
The Comfort Ministry helps to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who are in need as a result of bereavement, hospitalization and/or grief.
Health & Fitness Ministry seeks to promote a healthy Christian lifestyle through physical exercise. It also utilizes the walking facilities of Prince George's County, Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, MD meeting every 4th Saturday.
The Seniors Ministry provides opportunities for seniors to grow spiritually, but to serve and enjoy true fellowship with others. The Ministry meets every 1st and 3rd Monday at noon.
Praise and Worship through dance not only creates the atmosphere but also guides the youth to dance for Jesus.
Culinary prepares food for church events with the compassion of Jesus Christ.
